This webpage contains the download links for current translations of the print version of the PAR-Q+. A series of translations are also in process for different languages (see below). All translations must be approved by the PAR-Q+ Collaboration. Translated versions of the PAR-Q+ and/or ePARmed-X+ into languages other than English are intended as a courtesy to the international community.
The PAR-Q+ is available in these languages:
BRAZILIAN PORTUGUESE
A Brazilian Portuguese version of the PAR-Q+ was created by a team of investigators (led by Dr. Juliano Schwartz, members of the PAR-Q+ Collaboration, and international experts (see reference below for the list of collaborators)).

Important: Do not begin a translation of the PAR-Q+ and/or ePARmed-X+ into any foreign language(s) until you have:
- Contacted the PAR-Q+ Collaboration and completed the relevant “Application to Translate and Validate Form”; and
- Received formal written permission from the PAR-Q+ Collaboration to proceed with the translation.
